BioValueAI ontwikkelt en valideert AI-gestuurde tools, digitale tweelingen en datagestuurde oplossingen om circulaire en klimaatneutrale biobased waardeketens in heel Europa te optimaliseren.
Aan de hand van vijf praktijkvoorbeelden uit de industrie ondersteunt het project duurzamere grondstoffen, een efficiënter gebruik van hulpbronnen, minder afvalverwerking en een verantwoorde toepassing van AI in de Europese bio-economie. BioValueAI brengt onderzoeksinstellingen, industriële actoren, technologieleveranciers en beleidsdeskundigen samen om de acceptatie van betrouwbare en interoperabele AI-oplossingen voor de biobased sector te versnellen.
HOGENT is betrokken in de ‘Hemp Chain Intelligence’ praktijkcase. Het project zal AI inzetten om de hennepverwerkingsketen te optimaliseren, van oogst en vezelextractie tot kwaliteitscontrole, ter ondersteuning van duurzame toepassingen van natuurlijke vezels.

HOGENT is involved in the ‘Hemp Chain Intelligence’ use case. The project will apply AI to optimize the hemp processing chain, from harvesting and fibre extraction to quality control, supporting sustainable natural fibre applications.
