Rapid ThermoPhysioTwin approaches comfort from different aspects and aims to develop and integrate multiple tools to simulate and predict comfort, while considering variations in textile materials, body geometries, garment layers and fit, environmental conditions, and activity scenarios. To reach this ambitious goal, various instrumental and modelling techniques will be combined. This includes state-of-the-art thermophysiological and comfort models, 3D and 4D body scanning techniques, Finite Element Models (FEM) - simulations and Deep Learning (DL) models for garment comfort prediction, based on material and sensors data collected in controlled wear trials.
Rapid ThermoPhysioTwin is een onderzoeksproject van FTILab.
