Het project "Inclusieve Werkvloeren" richt zich op de integratie van mensen met een beperking in het Normaal Economisch Circuit (NEC) door inclusieve werkplekken te bevorderen. Het doel is een model te ontwikkelen dat methodieken uit orthopedagogie en sociaal werk combineert om bedrijven te ondersteunen bij inclusie. Door samenwerking met ervaringsdeskundigen en inspiratie uit het buitenland worden tools en trainingen ontwikkeld om de arbeidsmarkt toegankelijker te maken, wat leidt tot verbeterde teamdynamiek en economische voordelen.

Daarnaast draagt het project bij aan onderwijsmodules voor HRM, sociaal werk en orthopedagogie, bevordert het inclusief onderwijs en biedt het mogelijkheden voor micro-degrees en in-company trainingen voor het werkveld.

The Inclusive Workplaces project focuses on integrating people with disabilities into the Normal Economic Circuit (NEC) by promoting inclusive workplaces. The aim is to develop a model that combines methodologies from orthopaedagogy and social work to support companies in inclusion.
