Subproject 5: Innovatie in onderwijs en versterking van onderzoekscapaciteiten via een gemengde aanpak

Versterking van de institutionele capaciteit van UNAP als motor voor verandering via transversale hervormingen in onderwijs-, onderzoeks- en managementsystemen. Dit omvat curriculuminnovatie, verbeterde onderwijs- en onderzoeksmethodologieën, integratie van inheemse kennis, versterking van onderzoeksbeheer en administratieve systemen, en ondersteuning van interdisciplinaire en interfacultaire samenwerking over alle thematische subprojecten heen.

Subproject 5: Innovation in education and improvement of research capabilities with a mixed approach

Strengthening UNAP’s institutional capacity as a driver of change through transversal reforms in education, research, and management systems.
This includes curriculum innovation, improved teaching and research methodologies, integration of indigenous knowledge, enhancement of research management and administrative systems, and support to interdisciplinary and interfaculty collaboration across all thematic sub-projects.
