Sociale rechtvaardigheid in lokale contexten.

In het project SORE werd onderzocht of en hoe invulling wordt gegeven aan ‘sociale rechtvaardigheid’ in lokale (verstedelijkte) praktijken enerzijds en in opleidingen sociaal werk anderzijds. Daarover ging de onderzoeksgroep in gesprek met beleidsmensen, praktijkwerkers/sters, bewoners, docenten, onderzoekers/sters, studenten, … De lokale verstedelijkte context is daarbij exemplarisch om het thema sociale rechtvaardigheid te behandelen.
De verzamelde inzichten werden samengebracht tot een groep van ‘inspiratiebeelden’ die bruikbaar zijn voor zowel opleidingen als praktijken sociaal werk.

Social justice in local contexts.

The SORE project investigated whether and how 'social justice' is interpreted in local (urbanised) practices on the one hand and in social work courses on the other. The research group discussed this with policymakers, practitioners, residents, teachers, researchers, students, etc. The local urban context is exemplary for dealing with the theme of social justice.

The insights gathered were compiled into a group of 'inspirational images' useful for both training and social work practices.
